Campaign Story

My name is Megan and I have PCOS. For those of you who don’t know, it is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. PCOS is a hormone imbalance that can cause women to not have a regular menses cycle and not ovulate. As a 32 year old woman, I have no children of my own and honestly never thought I would. My current partner has two of his own that I love very much but, I would love to be able to have one of my own. I have always dreamt of being a mother and now, we have decided to try just once. Financially, fertility treatments are barely within reach. My insurance covers the bare minimum and trying to pay our monthly bills and take care of our day to day lives takes up almost everything we have. Friends and family have offered and helped as much as they can but, as most people know, fertility treatments are expensive and we just need more help.
This is my one and only shot at this so, Any help that anyone can give is more than appreciated.
